| Aim of the project
To adapt an existing software called
“EPI” (Integration company, People to be
integrated and Economic indicators) in order to:
optimise
integration processes,
improve
demand/supply matching for integration posts in Integration
companies,
optimise
integration after the end of an integration contract.
Objectives
To
improve integration in integration companies through
giving integration professionals an access to a database
that helps to identify better the jobs in integration
companies and aptitudes needed to perform these job
as well as possibilities of integration in a company
(trainings, etc.) In this way, people can be placed
in integration companies in a more efficient way according
to their social and professional difficulties observed
by integration professionals.
To
improve relations with economic wolrd during and after
the period in the integration company and after the
end of this period.
To
introduce this project into AOPI.net platform.
To
encourage exchange and comparison between integration
companies who participate in the project.
To
include integration process descriptions onto the Web
platform.
