To Optimise Integration Processes Through Allowing Trainers and Excluded People to Better Identify the Possibilities of Integration Offered by Each Company of Integration through the Economy

Aim of the project

To adapt an existing software called “EPI” (Integration company, People to be integrated and Economic indicators) in order to:

optimise integration processes,
improve demand/supply matching for integration posts in Integration companies,
optimise integration after the end of an integration contract.

Objectives

To improve integration in integration companies through giving integration professionals an access to a database that helps to identify better the jobs in integration companies and aptitudes needed to perform these job as well as possibilities of integration in a company (trainings, etc.) In this way, people can be placed in integration companies in a more efficient way according to their social and professional difficulties observed by integration professionals.

To improve relations with economic wolrd during and after the period in the integration company and after the end of this period.

To introduce this project into AOPI.net platform.

To encourage exchange and comparison between integration companies who participate in the project.

To include integration process descriptions onto the Web platform.

Methodology

Creation of a Technical Committee (Integration companies’ executives, economic establishments, integration professionals)

Adaptation of software created by UREI to follow-up people under integration already used by all integration companies in the Region of the Loire.

Testing of software by partners identified as integration professionals of the district of Angers and economic establishments that can be involved.

Evaluation (Committee is working on evaluation terms together with external consultant M. PY LEMANIO).

Creation of a digital database.

Training of users.

Sharing and diffusion on the website.

To improve work methods especially accompaniment of people according to the information obtained during experimentation.
