To help determine the capacity of integration in the company with regards people in difficulty in order to make practical training or trial periods more efficient.

To improve the integration in the company of people in difficulty in order to avoid problems of supervision of this type of public.

People who have been unemployed for long periods of time, people of foreign origin, people with disabilities, women who return to work.
