Being involved in a quality move since 1998, DEFI XXI
firstly stressed its attention to the quality of integration.
We have divided our integration approach into 9 steps
with tools that corresponded. THis approach corresponds
to the method of progress and encourages employees under
integration to achieve their personnal, social and professional
targets. Consequently, at present we would like to stress
our attention to an other aspect the quality of company’,
that is a subject of this project.

will help people employed under integration conditions

Function of products
MAIN
OBJECTIVES:
To set up a procedure for the making of product card’s
making and a training programme with active participation
of people under integration within the framework of
the rights and duties of users. In order to encourage
autonomy and responsibility of people employed under
an integration contract, a product card should:
be
a pedagogical device.
be
clear and colourful with photos, sketches or final products
for better understanding.
contain
detailed quality criteria. A product should be separated
into its components with indication of supplier’s
references.
contain
a description of production steps and time required
for fabrication. Security and hygienic orders should
be indicated for each machine to be used.
explain
the organisation of the work place if possible.
Training
programme on welding should contain:
security
regulations.
detailed
sketches or photos of each exercise.
clear
cards so as to allow almost autonomous training and
work.
