Aim of the project

The aim of this project is to find
through experimentation a solution to accompany of this
kind of device.This will help to obtaining of sustainable
balance between individual training and training group
for people that are using or not using the Technologies
of Information and Communication (TICs).
This solution should contribute to optimising the integration
process, allowing people that participate at training
to identify their aptitudes as well as being able to
their employment situation or qualified training.

Objectives

To work on the conditions of an individuals path which
will allow users to become active, to practise one's citizenship,
and to develop one's ability in changing and modifing
inadequate atitudes that are considered obstacles to social
and professional integration or qualified trainig. |

Men and women of 4 categories: welfare recipients, under
26 year-olds in difficulty (TRACE programme), people
with disabilities, people who have been unemployed for
long periods of time.

10/15 people on training with difficulties of professional
integration belonging to the categories above.
