The working program of the Coast Revitalization project has been based on an integrated synergic system acting on three interactive fronts:
1) Institutional,
2) Techno-Operational
3) Work world.
The project is pursuing objectives of system and single experimental objectives of labour market inclusion for the typologies of identified beneficiaries.

At institutional level, through an orchestrated interprovincial policy, systemobjectives are pursued in a mainstreaming optic acting through agreements with social and economic parties for the development of human resources professionally discriminated, experimentation of new services circuits for occupability; equity respect control; coordination of systematization of experiences in various sectors and for every typology for the creation of a transferable, flexible and implementable pattern of system; dissemination of based on immediateness and essentiality in order to bring beneficiaries to institutions.

Reference territorial basin includes Livorno, Grosseto, Lucca, Massa Carrara and Pisa Provinces.
They represent the Coastal Tuscany having a population equal to the 42,7% of that of the whole Region.
They share the same development, social, economical,employement problems.
A common action will face unemployement problem
( a very high regional rate)

Disadvantaged groups at whom the project has been aimed immigrants, prisoners, disabled persons, drug addicts, over 40 unemployed, and Socially Usefull Workers.

Female unemployement problems are transversally faced.

To provide the final identified target beneficiaries, the right
instruments to enter and/or to stay on LM in equal conditions
To support the enterprises, by training the professional profile needed by coastal economy
To implement the employement data relevation instruments relative to disadvantaged groups.
To experiment new ways to use the existing law instruments on incentivated inclusion pathways in LM
To experiment network among three interacting systems on the LM: institutional, technical – operative,
