1) Sensitization activity Enterprises/Employers dedicated

The first macrophase activities include LM and Social Observatory updating and integration data.

At the same time Enterprises/Employers sensitization action starts.

2) Tutor Training

Three different courses, hincluding exchange and meetings among the differents users, are developed. 20 people are trained per course. The theory section is attained in a centralized seat, while the period of training – real working experience lasting 1 year – will take place over all the territories involved in the project.
The trained subjects are included in the project staff.

3) Activation of individual training/work pathways.

Enterprises able to join the experimentation are found through the LM representative partners. Previously trained tutors - supported by Job Centres network - pick out and support subjects suitable to join the experimental work inclusion.
For the immigrants group the enterprise creation is experimented, while for the other target groups, inclusion in working subordinate position, is preferred.

4) Transnational activity

It is transversal across the whole length of the project.
The envisaged partners are subjects interested in collaborating in experiences and information exchange in order to find common objectives, to establish development criteria, project management and common know-how.
Project experts and staff, international meetings, products, common implementation, are foreseen.

5) Monitoring and evaluation.

It is transversal across the whole length of the project.
Monitoring and evaluation during the entire duration of the project is realized to supply information about results and out puts, in order to understand at which level project targets have been attained and to supply the information that may be integrated in Social European Fund.

6) Information and diffusion.

It is transversal across the whole length of the project.
A team which represents the partnership follows information and diffusion plan realization which includes either activities reserved to network partners and to insiders, or others for the wider public.
